Transparent pricing for patients without insurance or paying out of pocket

The following rates apply to self-pay patients at Zaidi Heart Clinic. These fees cover services provided directly by our practice. If Dr. Zaidi recommends testing performed by an outside facility, charges from that facility are separate from Zaidi Heart Clinic's self-pay fees.

Additional Testing

If Dr. Zaidi recommends testing that is performed by an outside facility — such as stress testing or advanced imaging — charges from the outside facility are separate from Zaidi Heart Clinic's self-pay fees.

Price Transparency

Self-pay patients may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving scheduled services. Additional services that are not anticipated at the time of the estimate may result in additional charges.
